Our company was founded in the US, California. However we ship our products from our fulfillment center in Grapeville Texas. Our products are designed in the USA. In order to ship our products to customers all over the world and offer you an unbeatable price, we work closely with professional partners as USPS, FedEx & UPS.
2. How long does shipping take?
We offer two types of shipping. 3-8 Days shipping and expedited 2 day delivery.
3. How do I choose the right size for your products?
You can find a size chart at the bottom of every product's description. If you can't find the size chart, please contact us at support@toptacticalgear.com.
4. How do I return a product?
If you want to return a product, please contact us with your order number and the reason here. Please note that we can only accepting returns that meet certain conditions. You can read our refund policy here.
6. How do I change my order / shipping address?
If you want to change your order information (eg. address, product, shipping method) please reach out to us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped we cannot change your order's information anymore.
Please note that certain changes (eg. changing the quantity / adding a product, etc.) may result in additional charges.
